Who can avail of the SEAI Grant scheme?

It is a National scheme and therefore all homeowners of dwellings built before 2006 may apply. Landlords and owners of multiple properties may also apply, however they must submit a separate application form for each property. If you are a landlord or a management company considering an entire building upgrade, please contact SEAI before applying online for the grant.

Sketch scheme design starts for Eco aparrtments.

Under the new BER system this will be one of only a handfull of apartment schemes to achieve the much coveted A1 status and will set a benchmark for apartment development.
The concept is to be a low carbon, contemporary and stylish development fusing modern with ecological design.

Doyle and Partners are starting a new one off house in Co Wexford which we hope to get to passive house or A1 rated standard. Most houses in Ireland at the moment are at an E or F rated standard. Under the new building regulations part L introduced in 2006 substantial reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions are required
